I am investor who buys homes and rents them out. I met Breanne at an open house in Simi Valley, and told her what my needs were. Within a few days Breanne put together a list of houses to view and we opened escrow a few days later. The escrow time, was when Breanne shined. She was meticulous in seeing all the paper work, inspections and detailed were addressed quickly. This was a 10 day escrow that moved very quickly but closed on time due to Breanne's attention to detail. Her follow up after the sale was also impressive. Two months after the sale she sent me a picture of the house I purchased to show me the tenants were taking great care of these houses. I own a number of rentals, and rest assure when I decide to sell each one, I will turn to Breanne for her assistance.
